Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the weight and destination.

Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards and hold ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test our products in the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products, which are replenished monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our team for accurate inventory updates. For payment: orders <= 800 USD require 100% advance payment; orders > 800 USD require 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
