Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are determined based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.

Yes, our manufacturing facility and orthopedic implant products comply with international quality management standards and hold valid ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect our minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us the reference pictures, technical specifications, or physical samples, and we will check our custom manufacturing feasibility. Note that custom items may require a slightly longer delivery time.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for most standard listed products, which are replenished on a monthly production cycle. However, availability depends on our current sales volume. We advise checking with our sales team for real-time inventory information.

What are your terms of payment and payment methods?
For orders less than or equal to 800 USD, we require 100% in advance. For orders greater than 800 USD, a 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the remaining balance cleared before shipment. We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and other major methods.
