Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, our medical devices are manufactured in compliance with international standards, and we hold quality certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test our products in the market. We can offer the free samples, but do not cover the cost of freight.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, which are replenished monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. We advise asking our sales team for accurate inventory status. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
