WARRANTY INFORMATION

Warranty for the whole machine is 1 year, for the motor is 2 years, and for the battery and other fast consumption items is 3 months.

IMPORTANT OPERATING NOTES
  • Sterilize temperature ≤ 135 °C (Improved type ≤ 155 °C). If the temperature exceeds 135 °C, the motor could be damaged.
  • Normal bone drills can only hold drill bits less than 6mm. Acetabulum reaming drills operate with high torque at around 300 rpm, and canulate drills are used with nails or K-wires at around 600 rpm.
  • The battery must be removed from the power tool after surgery. Otherwise, automatic micro-discharging will shorten the battery lifespan.
  • The battery cannot be sterilized and is not autoclavable.
  • The cranial bur must be washed immediately after surgery using a purger to avoid blood sticking, and ensure it remains completely dry.
  • The battery compartment inside the tool handpiece must not contain any water after sterilization.
  • The cranial bur blade is made of medical stainless steel. It is flexible and designed for safety, meaning it is not overly hard and is subject to wear. We suggest using each blade for only 1 surgery.

What is the sterilization limit for the HAS-B100 veterinary power tools?
The maximum sterilization temperature is 135°C (Improved type up to 155°C). Exceeding 135°C may lead to motor damage. Please note that the battery is not autoclavable and cannot be sterilized.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Once fully charged, the battery can operate continuously for approximately 30 minutes. Two batteries are included in the standard accessory kit.
What is the warranty period for this veterinary drill system?
We offer a 1-year warranty for the whole machine, a 2-year warranty for the motor, and a 3-month warranty for the battery and other fast-consumption components.
Why do I need to remove the battery from the tool after surgery?
Leaving the battery inside the handpiece allows small, automatic electrical discharging to occur. Removing the battery immediately after surgery preserves its lifespan.
Can the cranial bur blades be reused multiple times?
The cranial bur blade is made of flexible medical stainless steel designed for safe operations. Due to its flexibility, it wears easily, and we recommend using each blade for only one surgery to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
What drill bit sizes can the standard bone drill hold?
The normal bone drill is designed to hold drill bits with a diameter of less than 6mm. The chuck gripper diameter is ≤4mm.
