A: Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination.

Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Of course. You can send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or off-catalog orders may require a slightly longer lead time for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
A: Generally, we keep regular stock for listed products which are produced monthly. However, it depends on current sales conditions. We suggest confirming inventory with our sales team. For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
